2. What this website is for
This site provides general information about our business and the products we are developing. It is informational only. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, or professional, legal, medical or engineering advice. A contract with us arises only from a signed agreement or an express written order confirmation.

The products described on this site are under development. Descriptions reflect our current intent, not a commitment. Features, availability, pricing, supported platforms and release timing may change, and any product may be delayed, renamed or discontinued before release.
None of our software is a certified medical device unless we state so expressly and in writing for a specific product and version.

The courts of Zagreb, Croatia have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident in the European Union you retain the right to bring proceedings in, and to the protection of the mandatory law of, your country of residence.
