These terms govern your use of the website at smooth-soft.com. They are not a licence for any of our software — software we supply is licensed under its own separate agreement.

2. What this website is for

This site provides general information about our business and the products we are developing. It is informational only. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, or professional, legal, medical or engineering advice. A contract with us arises only from a signed agreement or an express written order confirmation.

3. Products in development

The products described on this site are under development. Descriptions reflect our current intent, not a commitment. Features, availability, pricing, supported platforms and release timing may change, and any product may be delayed, renamed or discontinued before release.

None of our software is a certified medical device unless we state so expressly and in writing for a specific product and version.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, stylesheets, images, logos and source code — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, redistribute, adapt or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaches applicable law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or anything you rely on from it.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Zagreb, Croatia have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident in the European Union you retain the right to bring proceedings in, and to the protection of the mandatory law of, your country of residence.
